Afternoon all

Following a fairly prickly meeting with a client last week, we have been tasked with improving safety on the sites we supply operatives to

Does anyone have any suggestions of how we can reduce RIDDORs and incidents on site?

We do do inductions/skills test/supply all PPE already, but need to come up with something that will earn us some brownie points

The weirder and wonderful the better

Having looked at Behavioral Based Safety does anyone have any suggestions with this?

Are the foremen and supervisors of your men also supplied by you?

Hi, and welcome to the forum.  This is certainly something that we can assist you with here at Eurosafe UK.  If you could call me on Monday morning we can have a chat and see what we can do to help.  01904 691515 is the no. If you ask for Andy Newsham and say that I have asked you to call me about potentially acting as your safety consultants then you should get past the "gatekeepers" who answer the phone here.  Regards  Andy
