(is that enough uses of the word "fire" in the title? Wink )

Just heard on the radio that a recent fire at a Fire Safety College, in which several fire engines were lost, could have been prevented had the college had an up-to-date Fire Risk Assessment (they didn't).

I think that's the definition of irony... but on a serious side, that's tens of thousands of our taxpayers' pounds lost due to the failure of a government organisation to spend a few hundred pounds on an FRA.
